Registration Now Open for the BAAHSC × Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal Community Resource Workshop

The Bay Area Affordable Housing Service Center (BAAHSC) is pleased to announce that registration is now officially open for our first Community Resource Workshop in partnership with Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal.

As the first joint initiative following the establishment of our community partnership, this event is designed to provide Bay Area residents with valuable information about affordable housing, healthcare benefits, and community support resources. Our goal is to help individuals and families better understand and access the services available to them.

For many years, BAAHSC has worked closely with community members navigating affordable housing opportunities, public benefits, and support services. Through our work, we have seen that many low-income families, seniors, and individuals in need of housing assistance often face challenges due to limited access to information, language barriers, or unfamiliarity with application processes. As a result, many valuable resources and opportunities may go underutilized.

To help address these challenges, BAAHSC is hosting this free educational workshop to create an accessible and welcoming space where community members can learn, ask questions, and connect directly with organizations that provide essential services. Topics will include affordable housing opportunities, housing application guidance, community support programs, and healthcare-related resources that impact daily life.

为了帮助社区居民更便捷地获取信息和支持，幸福湾居希望通过本次免费社区讲座搭建一个开放、友善且实用的交流平台。活动将围绕可负担住房申请、住房资源获取、社区支持服务以及医疗福利等与居民日常生活息息相关的主题展开，帮助参与者更深入地了解可利用的资源，并获得实用的申请与规划建议。
