This 90-minute session is designed to provide essential resources and insights on navigating affordable housing options in the Bay Area, with a focus on serving low-income and senior individuals, especially within the Chinese-speaking community.

1. Introduction to BAAHSC’s Mission and Services (10-15 minutes): Leroy Fan, CEO of BAAHSC, will provide an overview of our mission to support affordable housing access and the various services we offer to low-income families and individuals, particularly those facing language or cultural barriers.

2. Special Guest Speaker: Yuyu Qin (60 minutes): Yuyu Qin, an expert from a nonprofit affordable housing organization, will overview of the affordable housing application process, and discuss eligibility criteria, housing availability, and how to navigate the system.

3. Q&A Session (15 minutes): Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
