BAAHSC Partners with Anthem Blue Cross to Strengthen Community Housing and Health Support

The Bay Area Affordable Housing Service Center (BAAHSC) is proud to celebrate another important milestone in our community work.

This May, BAAHSC was honored to officially begin a strategic community partnership with Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, with a shared commitment to expanding housing, healthcare, and community support resources for Chinese-speaking and underserved communities across the Bay Area.

As a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving local communities, BAAHSC has consistently focused on the real-life challenges many families face when navigating affordable housing applications, public benefits, and community support systems. Language barriers, limited access to information, and unfamiliarity with available resources often prevent individuals and families from receiving the support they need. Through community outreach, resource connection, and culturally accessible support, BAAHSC strives to help families build more stable, secure, and supported lives.

Anthem Blue Cross has long been committed to advancing community health and public service initiatives throughout California. With extensive experience in healthcare access, preventive care, community wellness, and support services, Anthem plays an important role in helping individuals and families better navigate available healthcare resources.

幸福湾居（BAAHSC）再次迈向新的里程碑。

今年5月，幸福湾居非常荣幸正式获得 Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal（安森蓝十字健保公司）的支持，双方首次展开社区战略合作，共同致力于为华人社区居民提供更多住房、健康与生活支持资源。

作为长期深耕社区服务的非营利组织，幸福湾居始终关注居民在住房申请、福利资源获取及社区支持连接方面的实际需求。我们相信，信息的不对称、语言障碍以及资源获取渠道有限，往往会影响许多家庭获得应有的支持。因此，幸福湾居持续致力于通过更有效的信息传播、资源整合与社区连接，帮助更多家庭建立更加稳定、安全且有支持感的生活环境。
