BAAHSC 2025 Annual Review & 2026 Outlook - Growing Through Connection, Moving Forward Through Support

Time has a quiet way of carrying us through an entire year before we even realize it. As we look back, 2025 has been filled with meaningful milestones for BAAHSC and steady growth within our community.

One of the most visible changes this year has been the growth of our community members. Our WeChat group expanded from 727 members to 1,070 — a 47% increase. Our Xiaohongshu (RED) account experienced even more significant growth, rising from 300 followers to 1,261, an increase of over 300%. Behind these numbers are families who have chosen to trust us, follow our work, and actively engage by asking questions and sharing their experiences.

Over the past year, we published 40 original posts on Xiaohongshu. More importantly, we thoughtfully read and responded to hundreds of comments. Behind many messages was a family navigating uncertainty, seeking clarity, or hoping for reassurance. We firmly believe that true community building is not simply about sharing information — it is about creating connection through interaction and offering peace of mind through thoughtful responses.

Beyond our online platforms, we also took important steps in strengthening our presence offline. This year, BAAHSC established partnerships with Family Bridge, Alameda County Public Health Department, and Regional Center of the East Bay. These collaborations represent more than institutional relationships; they allow us to integrate professional resources and provide more comprehensive, reliable support to families in our community. Serving as a bridge between organizations and families is a role we deeply value.

In continuing our commitment to public service, we hosted five free online events and two in-person gatherings this year. Each event created an opportunity for meaningful dialogue and mutual understanding. We saw families gain not only information, but also confidence.

A particularly significant milestone this year was the launch of our one-on-one application assistance service. We recognized that many families facing complex application processes need more than deadline reminders — they need patient, personalized guidance. By offering more detailed and hands-on support, we aim to make a meaningful difference at critical moments. The launch of this service has further clarified our purpose: BAAHSC is not here merely to share information, but to help solve real problems.

Looking ahead to the new year, we hope to further strengthen and systematize our content so that each resource we share brings even greater value. We plan to expand our collaborative partnerships, bringing more professional expertise into the community. We also intend to introduce a wider variety of online and in-person events to make connections more authentic and meaningful.

Most importantly, we will continue refining our one-on-one service process to ensure that every individual who seeks support feels genuinely heard and cared for.

BAAHSC has never been a one-way information platform. It is a community that grows through dialogue and shared experience. We are deeply grateful for the trust, engagement, and participation of every member. It is because of you that this space continues to carry strength and purpose.

时间总是在不经意间带我们走过一整年。回望这一年，幸福湾居经历了许多值得记录的瞬间，也见证了社区一点一滴的变化与成长。

这一年，我们最直观的变化来自于“人”的增长。微信群从最初的 727 位成员，稳步增长到 1070 人，增长了 47%。小红书账号的成长更为显著，从 300 位关注者提升至 1261 位，涨幅超过 300%。这些数字背后，是越来越多家庭愿意信任我们、关注我们，也愿意在这里交流、提问与分享。

过去一年，我们在小红书持续输出了 40 篇原创内容。更重要的是，我们认真阅读并回复了数百条评论。很多时候，一句留言背后，是一个家庭的困惑与期待。我们始终相信，真正的社区建设不只是发布内容，而是在互动中建立连接，在回应中传递安心。

除了线上平台的成长，我们也在现实世界里迈出了重要的一步。今年，幸福湾居与 Family Bridge、Alameda County Public Health Department 以及 Regional Center of the East Bay 建立了合作关系。这些合作不仅仅是机构之间的连接，更意味着我们可以整合更多专业资源，为社区家庭提供更全面、更可靠的支持。能够成为不同机构与家庭之间的桥梁，是我们十分珍视的角色。

在公益服务方面，我们延续初心，举办了 5 场线上免费活动和 2 场线下活动。每一场活动，都是一次面对面的交流与理解。我们看到很多家庭在活动中获得了信息，也获得了信心。

今年对我们来说，还有一个特别重要的突破——启动了一对一填表咨询服务。我们发现，很多家庭在面对复杂的申请流程时，最需要的不仅仅是提交的时间节点提醒，而是一个具体、耐心、贴身的指导。因此，我们开始尝试提供更细致的支持方式，希望在关键点上真正帮到大家。这项服务的启动，让我们更加清晰地认识到，幸福湾居存在的意义，不只是传播信息，而是解决问题。

展望新的一年，我们希望继续把内容做得更扎实、更系统，让每一篇分享都更有价值；也希望拓展更多合作资源，把专业力量带进社区；我们还计划推出更多形式丰富的线上线下活动，让连接变得更真实、更有温度。

更重要的是，我们会持续优化一对一服务流程，让每一个寻求帮助的人，都能感受到被认真对待。
